Privacy Policy

The protection and security of your personal data is a central concern for Interhealth, and all handling of such data is carried out in strict compliance with laws on privacy, data protection and data security. The purpose of this privacy statement is to provide information on our data protection and privacy policy.
Personal data is not automatically generated on our website. Such data is only transmitted following active input, i.e. by using the contact option provided or registering for one of our online services.
Interhealth guarantees that no personal data shall be passed on to third parties, whether freely for payment. Personal data that has been submitted to us only remains stored for the amount of time required to complete the intended service or transaction, or as stipulated by law.

Cookies

We use Cookies and similar technology (hereafter collectively referred to as “cookies”) to save user preferences and optimise our site layout. This allows for easier access and navigation and a high degree of user-friendliness. Cookies are small files that are stored on your device. They can be used to determine whether our website has been previously accessed from that device. Only the cookie is identified on your device. Personal data is only stored in cookies with your expressed consent or when it is necessary for technical reasons, e.g. to enable a secure login. When accessing our website, you are asked to agree to the use of cookies. In doing so, you give your consent to cookies being stored on, and retrieved from, your device. It is also possible to view our website without enabling the use of cookies. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, however. You can avoid the storage of cookies on your device by adjusting your browser’s settings. You can also delete cookies that have already been saved to your device at any time. (See the user instructions of your browser/device for details on how to so this.)
If you do not permit the use of cookies, certain pages and functions may be limited, e.g. a user-login will not work.

Social Media Cookies

Interhealth does not use social media cookies on its website, nor does it transmit any data to social networks whatsoever.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies” – text files that are saved on your computer and which enable an analysis of website traffic and usage. The usage data generated by the cookie (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google’s servers in the USA and stored there. We have activated IP Anonymization for Google Analytics on our website, which masks a part of the IP address before storage (within the European Union or other Member States of the European Economic Area). Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and then anonymized. Google uses the data it receives to analyse website usage and compile reports on website activity for the website’s operator, and to provide further services relating to the use of the website. This is our interest in processing personal data. Google may also transmit data to third parties to process under contract, or as stipulated by law. Under no circumstances will Google relate your IP address with other Google data.
Idle sessions and campaigns are terminated after a set time. Sessions expire after 30 minutes without activity, and campaigns after six months. The maximum duration of a campaign is two years.
You can prevent the storage of cookies on your device by adjusting the settings on your browser; this will prevent you from accessing the full range of services and functions on our website, however.
By accepting the use of cookies for this website, you agree to the collection and usage of your personal data by Google in the above described manner and for said purposes of data analysis.

Deactivating Google Analytics
You can prevent the storage of cookies on your device by adjusting the settings on your browser; this will prevent you from accessing the full range of services and functions on our website, however.
Furthermore, you can prevent the transmission of the usage data generated by the cookie (including your IP address) to Google, or prevent the processing of such data by Google, by downloading and installing a browser add-on. Opt-out cookies prevent personal data being collected when you visit our website. To prevent the collection of data by Universal Analytics on several devices, you need to install opt-out cookies on each device.
